Project Evolution was faced with the new challenge of creating an online bill viewing and payment system for the electric customers of Mansfield Massachusetts. We are happy to say that the challenge was met with flying colors and in the process MMED received an image overhaul with a new branding strategy and interactive website which allows a customer to view his/her current electric statement and the option to pay it online. We set up a database that receives it's current information, automatically every 24 hours, from a custom developed macro which was implimented to MMEDs existing in house database. After only 3 months in operation, 12% of MMED customers have switched to paying thier electric bills online!
